Our rates are based on parties of up to 4. There is an additional charge of $5 per guest over 4. Upon requesting a reservation a 40% deposit is due. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. We accept Visa, Master Card, travelers checks, and personal checks. Our independently owned condo units have a variety of furnishings. We suggest you contact our managers to discuss your needs so that they can reserve a unit best equipped for your needs Cancellation Policy: We have a 2 week cancellation policy for you to get your deposit back. *Sorry we are unable to accommodate pets.
